J.N. Constructions Co. was founded in 1988 by Jagan Lal Kinra. The company has developed since its inception into a professional construction company to serve the diverse needs of clients located all throughout India. Our goal is to deliver safe and high quality projects which are highly productive and efficient in every manner possible. We are proud of our history as a company and appreciate our loyal clients who contributed to our journey from a small 1 crew company to the professional construction team of multiple qualified personnel we are today, with a fully integrated communication and project management system. During the pre-constructions phase our team tries its best to provide our clients with best planning along with proper time lining for their project. This includes preparation of BOQ, MOS, table charts for work schedule, procurement of final budget along with continuous monitoring of the project.
Using our technical support expertise and professional designing, we comprehensively evaluate your property, discuss clients needs and provide best interior themes and ideas and provide execution drawing so our clients can visualize their dream project. We believe in adding value to our clients projects. We Do not want our client to spend on their designs but want their designs to earn.
An expert team in shed designing is dedicated to provide our client with best possible exterior shed designs. This Includes detailing of shed, efficient designing and landscaping as per the requirements of our clients. This Helps them to have a clear picture of their needs presented in the most elegant way.
We are equipped with all the equipment and expertise to construct the RCC structure with a wide range of finishing option on wall and flooring including your sanitary and water supply requirement.
We have equipment like welding machine cutting instrument, rectifier & erection machinery for fabrication, rectifier & erection of steel columns, roof structures & other structure. Recently we have executed a mezzanine platform of steel structure to bear the dynamic load of 1500kg. per SQM with erection of melt sheet plant.
We have Vast & specialized experience in heavy duty Roads ranging from the construction of WBM, Premix Carpet Surfacing or RCC road with Tremix Machinery and concrete cutter. We have laid the flooring for an engineering Unit Manufacturing with Hydraulic Excavator. The flooring was meant against heavy duty abrasion resistance caused by chain.
We have the equipment and expertise to provide our clients with a wide range of land base foundation and heavy duty RCC foundation for precision machinery including concrete piles and steel pipe piles etc.
We have Experience for the construction of water retaining structure, ETP for the treatment of discharge of Bulk drug industries, DM Plant, Special foundation for high rise chimney, Erection of 30mtr High unsupported chimney and acid retaining RCC tank.
